SHIPPING INFO:
Orders are usually shipped within two business days of their receipt, using either USPS or UPS (depending on weight and destination). Most orders ship via First Class mail, however if your order has tracking information, it will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please double check all shipping information in your order, As we cannot be responsible for mis-shipped orders due to incorrect input of your address during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
CS Editions can be shipped all over the world. Import taxes (such as VAT) or other customs fees may be due upon receipt depending on the import laws of your country. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. For many international orders, tracking ends once your package reaches customs. We cannot be responsible for delays in customs, nor for losses of packages once they have cleared customs. Buyer assumes responsibility once your order reaches customs. Please double check all shipping information in your order, as we cannot be responsible for mis-shipped orders due to incorrect input of your address during checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on items that do not meet your complete satisfaction (excluding shipping costs). Mystery packs and sale items are not eligible for return. Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of their receipt. Items must be in unused, as new condition. Please contact us using the above contact form prior to returning any items, and include your order number, your name, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
PRIVACY:
Any information we collect from you during your order process will be kept completely confidential and will not be sold or shared with anyone else. We may send occasional updates about new products or special offers to your provided email address. If you no longer wish to receive these updates, just reply with “REMOVE” in the subject line.
ARTIST INQUIRIES:
CS Editions artists are by invitation only, however, we are always on the lookout for great artists. Feel free to contact us using the above contact form and include a link to your website or online portfolio. Due to the number of submissions we receive, we are unable to respond to every email. However, if we like your work, you’ll be sure to hear from us. Thanks for your interest!
